I moved to Idaho in 1980 at the age of 19 and can't imagine living anywhere else. I married the love of my life in 1987 and we have a wonderful 33 year old daughter that is living in Washington and attending college.

I started my professional real estate career in 1995 after a 12 year career managing a small private vegetable seed company. I received my broker's license in 2003 but remained an associate broker with Century21 for 17 years. On February 7th, 2012 I opened my own independent brokerage; Clayton L. Brown Real Estate L.L.C.

I love being my own boss and being the designated broker knowing that the "buck stops with me" and I'm 100% responsible for all my own real estate business.

I work real estate full time for my clients, this is not a part time job or a hobby for me. If my clients are having to call me... I'm not doing my job right and I make doing that a priority.
